Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks anywhere at any time using Mobile Deposit, available only through our free* Mobile Banking apps. There is no registration required!


  1. Endorse the check with your signature and "Mobile Deposit Only"
  2. Log into your Citizens Bank WI Mobile Banking app
  3. Tap Mobile Deposit in the app's menu
  4. Choose the account for the deposit to credit
  5. Input the dollar amount
  6. Take a picture of the front of the check
  7. Take a picture of the back of the check
  8. Click SUBMIT
  9. Click I AGREE

Your deposit will be reviewed prior to posting on your account. Approved deposits made by 4 PM on a business day will have funds available the following business day.

You can make deposits up to $3,000 per day to each checking, Money Market or HSA account that you have in your online banking.

Person-to-Person (P2P) Transfers

Send money to friends, family, or nearly anyone with just their email address or mobile phone number using Person-to-Person (P2P) Transfers, available through our free* Mobile Banking apps.


  1. Log into the Citizens Bank WI Mobile Banking app
  2. Choose Person to Person Transfers from the menu
  3. Choose Manage Cards to add your consumer debit card information (only required if a card is not already on file in the app)
  4. Choose Send Money to create a new transfer
  5. Choose the card you want to transfer from with Select Account
  6. Add the Amount of the transfer
  7. Add the Recipient's email or mobile phone number
  8. Type a Memo if you want to add a description of the transfer
  9. Tap Submit
  10. Accept the Internet Banking Agreement by tapping I Agree
  11. Review the pop up showing the transfer setup. Tap OK to continue
  12. Enter your debit card's PIN, being sure to tap the correct numbers on the shuffling keypad. Tap Submit PIN to complete the verification
  13. Once you see the pop up message indicating Successfully Created Transfer, tap OK to continue using the mobile banking app

Recipients will receive a text or email letting them know a transfer was sent and containing the link to retrieve the funds. Transfers received by Debit Card will receive immediate credit. Transfers received by ACH and done before 4 PM on a business day should only take two business days to receive.

Available funds to transfer follow your daily debit card limit. Only Citizens Bank Consumer Debit Cards can be used to send funds. P2P does not allow Business, Trust, or HSA Debit Cards to be utilized.
