Citizens Bank upgraded Bill Payer last November to make paying bills better, easier and more convenient than ever, giving you more freedom to enjoy life.

Here’s what you can expect with the upgraded Bill Payer:

  • A new look to Bill Payer and the ability to setup up payments.
  • All of your payees are listed in alphabetical order on the first page.
  • Get help through an online chat, or call an 800 number after business hours.
  • You can setup personal payees that can be electronic, much like a Person-to-Person payment.

Pay your bills quickly and easily online.

Why spend time and money writing and mailing paper checks when you can do it for free online? Bill Payer gives you the flexibility of structuring payments to fit the way you live. Payments may be set up on a one time, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly basis. You can pay anyone from the paperboy to any credit card company. If you need to pay bills from multiple checking accounts, they can be set up in the same Bill Payer account.

To sign up for Bill Payer, click the Bill Pay tab when logged into NetTeller and sign yourself up. You can also stop by any one of our branches and speak with a Personal Banker. You can be paying bills online that day!
