Community Involvement

Citizens Bank is proud to be a locally-owned, independent community bank headquartered in Mukwonago, Wisconsin since 1892. Our clients, employees, and friends live and work in the local communities we serve and call “home”. As a local business, and as residents ourselves, we understand the strength of our community and how our local economy directly affects our collective livelihood. We are committed to long-term community building through our support of local businesses and organizations that provide services for the benefit of the entire community.

We reinvest back into the community through volunteerism, as well as serving on the boards and committees of several local non-profit groups, service clubs, chambers of commerce, and charitable organizations. Our directors, management team, and employees are actively involved in numerous activities and generously donate their time, energy, and talents.

Each year, we ask our employees and directors to complete a survey that details the extent of their community involvement. Highlights of the impact made by the people of Citizens Bank can be seen in our People Helping People booklet.

For more information about our community involvement, please contact our Community Outreach Coordinator at 262-363-6500.
