| How do I sign up? |
How do I sign up? |
| Signing up is a two step process. First you must set up your own ID and Password on the Internet. There you will create a “path” (transfer from and transfer to banks). Second, you will need to complete an “On Demand Transfer Authorization/Verification” form. This form asks for your account information at Citizens Bank of Mukwonago as well as your other bank. Citizens Bank will then use this form in a verification process of your account(s) at the other bank. This is our Due Diligence proving that you are the account holder at the other bank. Once this form is returned to Citizens Bank from the other bank, we will then approve/deny your request that you set up. If approved, you will get an email back stating it has been approved and you can then start using the On Demand Transfer.
