*ENHANCED ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS*
The upgrade to our E-Statements is now complete! Going forward, all of the electronic statements generated for your enrolled accounts will be in full color, include the bank logo and contact information, and provide you with all of the documentation you would have received with mailed statements.
If you are not enrolled for E-Statements, you can quickly and easily set yourself up under the E-Documents menu. The simple on-screen instructions will guide you through the process.
All customers currently receiving E-Statements and those enrolling going forward will need to establish a security phrase to show in the subject line of E-Statement related emails. Those who have not customized that phrase will be defaulted to “CBM Electronic Delivery”. The phrase can be changed at any time within the E-Documents section of NetTeller.
The upgrade did not convert statements generated prior to the November 7, 2013 upgrade to the new format. Older statements are still available in the previous format by choosing Statements from the dropdown menu on the Account Listing screen.

Citizens Bank of Mukwonago does not use an automated calling system. If you are not sure of whether a call is legitimate or not, please call us to verify at: 262-363-6500. Keep your information safe!

Debit Card Fraud Increase
There has been an increase in Debit card fraud originating in certain foreign countries. At this time, we have temporarily stopped the ability for Debit cards to be used by swiping, the Internet or telephone origination in Cyprus, France, India, Italy, Luxemburg, South Africa, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Debit cards can still be used but will need to have a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for authentication.
We have also blocked all international E-Commerce transactions over $125.
If you plan on traveling to any of the above countries or need to use your card above $125 for an online transaction, please contact us at 262-363-6500.
