Community Involvement

The bank encourages all employees to be actively involved in service organizations and other community events. Some of the current service organizations include:

Citizens Bank of Mukwonago employees also volunteer their time and talent to many community events including:

  • Relay for Life
  • Juvenile Diabetes Walk
  • Local fairs, festivals and parades
  • Monthly dress down days benefiting various charities
  • Junior Achievement/Personal Economics Programs
  • Various charitable, religious and organized sports positions

In addition, the bank supports many area charities and programs through monetary donations. Some examples include:

  • Annual scholarships to graduating seniors in each of the communities that we serve
  • Educational tools and sports equipment for local schools
  • Local hospitals, libraries, fire departments, museums and community centers
Our mascot, Billy Bear, visits elementary schools with a bank employee to teach children to save. Bank employees not only design and build the floats, they also volunteer their time for each parade.
Monetary contributions are made annually to local schools, libraries, hospitals and fire departments.
